• Support employees with technical issues.
• Perform field visits to markets to resolve issues, internet connectivity, or system linking.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of networks and hardware.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to move between branches when needed.
