Position Title:     Hr administrator
Location:     Al Mustawfy Headquarter 
Job Type:     Full Time 
Years of Experience:     At the least 3 year of experience in Hr field

 

Brief Job Descriptions:

 

The main responsibilities of HR administrator are the following: 
•    Administers all aspects of leave and employee’s compensation programs.
•    Independently approves and/or denies leave cases based on relevant medical information. 
•    Produces and manages reporting metrics and analytics for all leave cases and workers’ compensation claims.
•    Supporting role in the accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
•    Scheduling of periodic staff reviews across all departments, including probationary period reviews.
•    Coordinating and assisting with periodic processes, such as auditing accuracy of information, collation of completed appraisal documentation, auditing training logs etc.
•    Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

 

Qualifications: 


•    A degree in Business administration or related field.
•    Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic and English is required.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
•    Good time Management.
